  • Chicken & Gnocchi

Olive Garden has forever been a favorite lunch time treat. Salad, breadsticks and Gnocchi Soup. I had to try and replicate it for my own recipe library. This is comfort, creamy and decadent. If you love soup like we do, you’ll love this easy, quick soup for your soul!! Yum, yum!!

Years ago after having my son I started my weight loss journey on WW. The veggie sub from Subway was a constant staple. This Janwich was inspired by that time in my life. Its delicious, filling, tasteful and completely scrumptious. Have one!! I promise it’ll be one of your favorites too!!

  • Thai Beef Salad

Many moons ago when I began my first job, in the casino industry, I worked with a beautiful woman named Lamai from Thailand. She introduced me to the delicious authentic Thai Beef Salad. I fell in love! I was hooked!! I remember going to the Thai grocery store and not being able to understand any of the labels because everything was in Thai. Soooo, I settled in on duplicating it to fit my grocery store and my palate. I’ve been making this for years and it’s one of my family’s favorites. It’s my go-to when I’m craving some Thai takeout. Try it! It’s so simple, so easy and has so much of a little kick!

  • Sticky Buns

A quick and easy Breakfast or anytime of the day treat is Sticky Buns! I stumbled onto this recipe on TikTok @everythingabbs. I used chopped walnuts as the nut of choice. This just immediately took me back to my childhood days in Littlestown, Pa. Sticky Buns were always on the kitchen table Saturday mornings!

  • Asian Sesame Pasta Salad

One of my all time favorite salads is the oriental chicken salad. One evening when I was enjoying an Italian pasta salad at work I came up with this delicious combo. It’s filling, crunchy and layered with many flavors, enough to satisfy any rumbling tummy.

  • Black Bean Chili

Black Bean Chili …Ive been making this for probably well over 20 years. I must admit I am not a chili lover and Presley’s father is from Cuba. One the the main staples in Cuban cuisine is black beans. So, when we were dating I exchanged the pinto beans for black beans. This is actually the only way I make chili. Presley eats the entire pot in 2 days! This is such a staple in our home in the Fall and Winter months!! Try it!

  • Chicken and Noodles

Creamy chicken and noodles….comfort food at its best and easiest in a bowl and in your tummy in a flash. Presley loves the gumminess of the noodles. It reminds him of his Lola’s chicken and dumpling recipe…which he adores!! Grab a bowl of this and curl up on the sofa with a warm blanket…what is better than that on a cold winter night??? YUMMMMMMmmmmm

Soup season is still in full swing! This is more like a stew than a soup! Presley even calls is Green chili…LOL! I serve this up with a nice little swirl of sour cream on top and some warm buttered bread. So yummy in your tummy!
